Managed hosting: a server of your own, and someone who answers
We host the systems we build and the ones we take over, each on a managed Linux server of its own. Updates, backups and small changes are part of the deal, not a surprise on the invoice.
What you get
- A server for your system alone, set up by hand and written down.
- Security updates for the system and the platform, tested on a copy first.
- Backups on a schedule we agree with you; we recommend at least once a week.1
- Monitoring that tells us before your customers do.
- Certificates, domains and mail settings that do not expire quietly.
- Small changes and questions by email or Telegram, answered within two business days, usually sooner.
Typical jobs
Moving house
From a shared host or a forgotten server to a managed one, with no lost mail and no broken links.
After launch
The site is built. Now it needs updates, backups and someone to ask.
Several old versions
PHP 5 and PHP 8 side by side on one server while a system moves.
Your own AI, at home
Agents and automations on your own server, close to your data.
How it goes
Inventory
What runs where, which passwords exist and who holds them.
New server
Set up, hardened, documented. Tested with a copy of your system.
Move
At a quiet hour you choose, with the old server kept as a fallback.
Every month
Updates, backups, a short note on what changed.
Price
A monthly fee per server, set for each system. It covers hosting, updates, backups and an agreed amount of small changes; larger work is priced separately, fixed or by the hour. Like the rest of our prices, it sits in the middle of the market.
Questions
What happens if the server goes down at night?
Monitoring sends the alert, and we look at it as soon as we can. Questions and requests get a reply within two business days, usually sooner. We are one company, not a call centre, so we do not promise a night shift. For regular clients we still answer, and try to help, at any hour when it is really needed. That is rare, but it happens, for example when the time difference is large.
Can we keep our current hosting company?
Often, yes. We can look after a server you rent yourself, as long as we have full access to it.
Can we leave?
Yes. You get the documentation, the backups and every password. No hostages.

1 A backup nobody has restored is a hope, not a backup.
Patching is a little like changing the oil: dull, invisible, and you only notice when someone stopped.
