Custom web applications and APIs that fit how your business already works
Online shops that know what is in the warehouse, platforms with their own logic, and integrations that stop people copying orders from one window to another.
What you get
- A written scope: what exists, what the system should do, how we will check it.
- A working application on our own Rozumna CMS or in plain PHP and JavaScript, whichever fits.
- Integrations with accounting, CRM, payments, warehouse and any service with an API.
- Data moved from the old system, checked, and nothing left behind.
- A server to run it on, and someone to look after it, if you want that too.
Typical jobs
The shop and the books
Orders flow into accounting and stock flows back to the shop, without a person in between.1
A platform of your own
A catalogue, accounts and rules that no off-the-shelf shop quite manages.
An API for partners
Prices, stock or bookings available to other systems, documented and versioned.
Many languages
One platform for every market, with a multilingual admin panel as well.
How it goes
Scope
Your systems, your data, your acceptance tests. In writing.
Price
Fixed for a clear scope, or sprint by sprint.
Build
On a test server you can open at any time. Short notes on progress.
Launch
Data moved, old addresses redirected, monitoring on.
Price
A fixed price for a clear task, or time and materials, sprint by sprint, while it takes shape. If nobody is sure yet what is needed, we start with a small paid discovery that ends with a scope and a price. Every price is set for its task, after the scope, and our prices sit in the middle of the market: no bargain-basement hours, and no marble lobby on the invoice. If you prefer, the contract can also run through Upwork, with its payment protection. The work and the person doing it stay the same.
Questions
Do you work with our existing systems?
That is most of the job. If it has an API, a database or an export, we can usually talk to it.
Which stack do you use?
PHP, JavaScript and MySQL or MariaDB first, our own Rozumna CMS where it fits. For other stacks we say up front what we know well and what we would be learning.
Who owns the code?
You own what we write for you. The platform underneath, if it is Rozumna CMS, stays ours and stays supported.
Do you use AI tools?
Yes, openly. A person sets the task and reviews every change, and we answer for the result.
